New EPA Land Grab, Complete Control Over All Private Land in America

rtyBy Rick Wells

The EPA is in the process, right this very minute, of seizing control over all private land in the United States. They are following the United Nations blueprint, their minion Gina McCarthy is implementing it, and B. Hussein Obama is facilitating it.

Anywhere in America where it rains or where water collects or through which water moves will now, according to this new rule change they are implementing, be under their control. Not because Congress or the people give them that authority or jurisdiction, but simply because they are seizing the power. It is just another component of the illegitimate tyranny which is oppressing the American people.

On Tuesday the agency which operates as the misnamed Environmental Protection Agency unveiled their proposed change to the Clean Water Act, which would extend their regulatory control to temporary wetlands and waterways.

This definition consists of any water, including seasonal ponds, streams, runoff and collection areas and irrigation water. It could include runoff from watering your lawn, or puddles on your own property. They will control the presence of and can prohibit through regulation, your right to the water and your actions regarding water upon your own land. The opportunities for their abuse would be limitless.

Louisiana Senator David Vitter, the ranking Republican on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, offered an understated precautionary objection stating, “The … rule may be one of the most significant private property grabs in U.S. history.”

The EPA proposal would extend their authority to include “pollution regulations” to “intermittent and ephemeral streams and wetlands” – which are created temporarily during wet seasons or following rainfall.

Recognize this for what it is America; The EPA is giving themselves legal jurisdiction to replace our rights with their permissions anywhere it rains or water exists.

They are expanding the same kind of California fish-based drought or Nevada tortoise land restrictions or Oregon spotted owl tyranny to every square inch of the United States.

The EPA is asserting that all ground water, whether temporary or not and regardless of size is part of the “waters of the United States.”

Their position is in contradiction to the Supreme Court rulings in 2001 and 2006, restricting the EPA to flowing and sizeable, “relatively” permanent bodies of water such as “oceans, rivers, streams and lakes.” Of course, progressives just keep trying until they get what they want, and they never have enough.

epa_finger_logoThe proposed rule change is now in a 90 day comment period during which they will assess just how much they can get away with, based upon public outcry and pushback.

Senator Vitter accused the EPA of “picking and choosing” their science and of attempting to “take another step toward outright permitting authority over virtually any wet area in the country.” He also warned that if approved, more private owners could expect to be sued by “environmental groups.”

Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) shares Vitter’s concerns, warning of potential economic damage and questioning the EPA’s motivations.

She said, “[I]t appears that the EPA is seeking to dramatically expand its jurisdictional reach under the Clean Water Act. If EPA is not careful, this rule could effectively give the federal government control of nearly all of our state.

Of course, that is exactly what they are after, as well as 49 other states and territories.

This total takeover wherever water exists is but one of many Executive Orders created by Obama from the time he first took office. He only waited until his second term to begin implementing them all, one by one. He will have total control over every utility and resource that exists on, under and over this country, literally, and that includes anyone who happens to live on or anywhere around them.

    Water.
    More precious than gold.
And, a very powerful means of control.
I have watched for over 40 yrs, how the response from “the people”, has declined. Apathy rules. Not enough people care, or even think that caring matters. Major news outlets print what they are told, NOT ALL the matters, or is related. So people chose to ignore. And in some ways, I can’t blame them. Many voices have cried out warnings. Urging ‘being prepared’. Way to many, went so far as to present dates for the next “disaster”. Which never occured. It all is so easy to install tryanny without protest. No protest will arise either. Until tryanny affects each individual immediately and negatively. By then, it will be to late. The attempt to entrap the American Militia with the Bundy issue failed. Thankfully. Because there is no unity within the majority of the U.S.A. The Militia, AND the BLM agents, were set-up. IF, the Militia had acted, quite likely they would have been viewed by most as ‘extremists’.
    Not likely gaining much support.
The EPA is now armed. Never needed to be before.
The EPA will now gain power over every inch of land.
The EPA will soon, if not already, have a SWAT team.
You are all late to the game gentleman. And whether you see it, or not. Like it, or not. When the time comes, you just may find, you are standing alone.
For, ALL the CURRENT voices, crying out indignation over the simplicity with which tryanny gains ground each and every day. EVERY HOUR! The audience cannot allow themselves to be to bothered. With tryanny taking control, they have more important things to worry about. And right now, water isn’t one of those worries. As long as their faucet gives, then it ain’t a worry.
Save the sarcastic reply. I know full well how easy and swift the water can be stopped. I know full well have soon the fines can be delivered for using rain water. And I also know, full well, the people will just stamp their feet, pull their hair, shake their fist and scream at the sky. They will also pay.
And the EPA will collect with a smile.
    Cynical? Yes.
As I began. I have been observing this for well over 40 yrs. When there were only a handful of voices. ALL of them, now dead.

It rains on my land…rains hot lead at 200 rds./min. They may get me but I will get more of them and while it happens I will salt and burn it all. Nothing will live there for a thousand years. “When a long train of abuses, evinces….” Our forbearers gave us an example to follow. Throw off the tyrants or die.

This is not acceptable. We have a Constitution which is supposed to protect us from those who would seek to dominate us. We pay property taxes on all land we own. We pay income taxes to care for lands our government owns. This government is trying to enslave us through regulation.

I can’t see any logic why you call this Federal move a “Land Grab” . The Federal government would just like to have control on the use the of the most vital resource for human consumption – Water resource of the nation. What the Federal Government can do is pass more stricter Federal Laws on the proper and austere use of this vital resource for human existence. Not to “land grab” the property where this vital water resource exist .

Idiot! Quit drinking the kool aid, and realize that you are ceding your rights to the federal gov’t for something that you must have in order to live!

The federal government was set up to assist the states not steal from the US citizens. Do not attempt to attempt to steal our land in this thinly disguised act to “claim” water as belonging to the US gov’t. It belongs to the US citizens not you!!!

I have also been aware of the Clean Water Act since Bill Clinton was in office, and back then reading about the EPA and their goals, it was apparent that it was all about land grab, and very little about worrying about clean water. Sure, if the barnyard had water runoff when it rained into a stream, creek, or river there was diluted farm animal feces getting into the water. At that time I thought that anyone that had some land that tilted toward a water supply, they would be in jeopardy of losing their land. Being a farmer, when Clinton was in office, I thought that this bill if enforced would be the end of most farming operations across America, which I felt were being targeted. Upon further inspection of the bill, I soon found out that this would affect anyone living in the mountains or foothills, that they would be in danger of losing their land. If I can remember, there was a 200 foot rule, that if enforced, the landowner would lose all land within 200 feet of a river, stream, creek, or a water runoff during a downpour of rain, and also if the land was close to a railway, they would also have to give up some of their land, because they would be within the designated area, now deemed too close to the tracks. If you owned land in a hilly area, you were screwed, because of the runoff of water in all directions from the top of the hill. There was no “Grandfather Clause” that you would be given an exemption, because you had already had a family farm, or property that was handed down for generations, and not a new farm being started since the passing of the Clean Water Act. In other words, no one would be exempt!!!! For years, the Clean Water Act was set aside, to slumber until the Illuminate had gained the control that it needed to be able to enforce the bill, and that seemed to be off in the distance, but still in the back of my mind. I expressed grave concern in my mind for this Draconian law, but I didn’t have anyone who cared about even discussing the ramifications of what could happen right under our nose, and now it is a happening thing. Perhaps we have become so docile from drinking all the fluoride in our water supply given to us on purpose that we are now indifferent, and overwhelmed at the aggressive nature of our government, and most people believed that our government would never treat a citizen of the US like this, and that the bill would never be passed into law and be enforced. Tell that to the person that bought a rain barrel to collect the rain water that they are breaking the law, and need to stop and also have to pay a fine. Anyone that had a well for their water supply would be doomed, and that was anyone living in the country would be affected, as they all have well-water, and it would be stupid to put a meter to measure the water used, so they could be charged for just having a well, and could be imprisoned for refusing to pay fines for over use of the water for the farm animals would drink on hot days when water consumption would be doubled or tripled, and there would not be an exception for anything. This is just one reason that I started to wonder about what was going on in America, so I began investigating what was going on and who was behind the changing of American values. The information was difficult to find, but I found out in the library there was materials like “Foreign Affairs” put out by the Council on Foreign Affairs, or CFA. I also found out that while Clinton was governor of Arkansas, under his nose, that the Iran-Contra Affair was bringing massive amounts of cocaine into the dinky Mena, Arkansas Airport, but Cargo planes like the massive C-130′s that didn’t need much of a runway to get off the ground. The Bush family was running drugs of all kinds, and especially cocaine. Ask Ollie North, or “poppy” daddy Bush, as poppies are where the tar comes to be refined into Morphine, Heroin, or left in the natural gummy, tarry state and smoked as Opium. Yes, the Bush Family through the CIA have been the drug runners, that make the War on Drugs, such a farce and before you say impossible, remember that daddy Bush was Director of the CIA, and in a memo, from the Director of the FBI, Hoover implicates that the CIA under Bush allowed the assassination of JFK, and planned the coverup with the Warren Commission. After finding out these things, I began to believe the federal government would do anything to bring America down, and the Clean Water Act would help to destroy the very freedoms we have enjoyed for many years were coming to an end. Clinton knew that his buddy was stuffing the Tyson Chickens with cocaine to transport it out of Arkansas, and then I began to find out other sleazy operations that our government was doing covertly. and getting away with it. Today under Obama, we have increased the Opium production in Afghanistan by 90%, as we don’t bomb poppy fields, we expand them and encourage the farmers to grow more poppies. This is off the subject, bet the people need to understand how corrupt our government has become and there is no guilt, no outcry in Congress even with Obama not being a citizen which all Congress knows about. Think back when Obama was running to be senator of Illinois, and how his campaign people were overjoyed that they had elected not an African-American, but a real black African, born in the village of Mombossa, Kenya who flunked out of Occidental College in LA, never went to Columbia, then gets accepted into Harvard? That makes a lot of sense? Also, Obama was attending the gay bars and gay bath houses in Chicago, and everyone knows that Obama and his Chief of Staff, R. Emmanual went with Barak who is really Barry Soetoro a foreign student who went to Pakistan with his boyfriend in 1981, and we have no idea what he was doing in Pakistan, but it probably had something to do with the CIA, as his mother worked for the CIA. This is the kind of sleazeball we have elected to be President, so now do you believe they might enforce the Clean Water Act?

I think we should take it to them next in Utah! We should go after their attack on the wild horses there! We can move the horses somewhere else temporarily, and then sell them to private owners, and keep that revenue for the State of Utah!
Since the BLM is only a corporation, and not an agency of the federal gov’t, the State of Utah can tell them to go piss up a rope! And so can the citizen’s of Utah, as well. This is a state’s rights issue, and the federal gov’t DOES NOT OWN THAT LAND legitimately. They were supposed to return that land to the state of Utah decades ago, through a SCOTUS ruling! The only claim they can now make is that they have been paid to manage it by the state during that interim period. So the state can make the claim that they have out lived their usefulness as a management resource, and have now been fired, effective immediately!
